The UNION THE UNION is the only trade union created in the EEAS and work only for the benefit of the EEAS staff.

A constructive relationship between trade unions and management as we pursue common objectives for all categories of EEAS staff: improving our working conditions and professional prospects. The proper defence of each official and his/her particular circumstances, not ready to sacrifice individuals with the excuse of the so-called "common good". Straightforward negotiations without back-stage deals, co-opt and pacts that go against our mandate and damage collective interests.
