🔔 We’re Hiring | Sr. QA Executive
📍 Location: Gulshan, Dhaka
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a dynamic and quality-focused Sr. QA Executive to ensure product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all stages of garment production. This role is critical in maintaining brand requirements, factory standards, and on-time quality delivery.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Ensure implementation of buyer quality standards and SOPs throughout production
Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections to ensure defect-free production
Identify quality risks and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Review and approve pre-production samples, size sets, and pilot runs
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and Technical teams to resolve quality issues
Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and compliance documents
Support factory audits and quality meetings
🔹 Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of garment quality standards, AQL, and inspection systems
Hands-on experience in knit / woven / sweater (as applicable)
Good understanding of fabric, trims, sewing, washing, and finishing processes
Ability to interpret tech packs, measurements, and brand manuals
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and quality reporting tools
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or relevant discipline
🧵 Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Garments Quality Assurance
