🚨 WE ARE HIRING | Fabric & Accessories Inspection Jr. Executive / Executive

A reputed Bangladeshi apparel brand is looking for a dynamic, experienced, technically strong and process-oriented professional to join its Quality Management team.

🔹 Position: Jr. Executive / Executive, Fabric & Accessories Inspection (Apparel)

📍 Location: Gulshan, Dhaka
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
⭐ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering will get priority
⏳ Experience: 3–5 years in relevant fields
👉 Jobless candidates & Immediate Joiners will get priority.

🔎 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect fabric lots against approved swatches and specifications
• Inspect accessories/trims against approved trim files
• Inspect print and embroidery against approved swatches
• Ensure fabric and accessories comply with approved quality standards
• Identify defects, inconsistencies and non-conformities and prepare inspection reports
• Analyze quality problems and support root-cause analysis & corrective actions
• Coordinate with merchandising, suppliers and factories for quality improvement
• Monitor material quality performance throughout the production process
• Follow up CAP/CAPA for identified quality issues
• Provide technical feedback and support continuous quality improvement

✅ KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of fabric, accessories and material quality inspection
• Good understanding of knit, woven and denim products
• Sound knowledge of garment quality and production processes
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to read technical documents, specifications and patterns
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Highly technical, process-oriented and able to provide practical solutions
• Willingness to travel to factories/suppliers when required

🎁 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

💰 Monthly Salary: BDT 30,000 – 35,000

🎯 Key Focus Areas:
• Monitor in-line and end-line quality performance in production
• Ensure product quality meets buyer and company standards
• Conduct regular quality inspections and process audits
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues
• Identify root causes of defects and support technical problem solving

• Graduation in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Relevant Discipline preferred
