🚀 API & Integration Specialist (Xero / QuickBooks / Zoho Books Migration)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced API & Integration Specialist to support data migration and integration projects across Xero, QuickBooks Online, and Zoho Books.

This role involves working with APIs, automation tools, and data processes to ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable migrations.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform end-to-end data migration (invoices, bills, payments, journals, bank transactions)
* Work with APIs (Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) for data extraction and integration
* Build or assist in automation workflows and scripts (Python preferred)
* Manage integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, A2X, etc.
* Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation post-migration
* Troubleshoot and resolve integration and sync issues
* Collaborate with internal teams on data structure and migration requirements

Required Technical Skills

* Hands-on experience with REST APIs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)
* Strong understanding of JSON and API authentication (OAuth 2.0)
* Experience using tools like Postman or similar API testing tools
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python (or willingness to learn quickly)
* Experience handling data mapping, transformation, and large datasets
* Strong Excel skills (CSV handling, data cleaning, reconciliation)

Accounting & System Knowledge

* Understanding of:
* Chart of Accounts
* Accounts Receivable (AR) / Accounts Payable (AP)
* Bank transactions and reconciliation
* Experience with at least one:
* Xero
* QuickBooks Online
* Zoho Books
* Familiarity with integration tools such as Zapier or Make (Integromat)

Nice to Have

* Experience with eCommerce integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal)
* Knowledge of A2X, Link My Books, Synder
* Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics)

Working Hours

12:30 PM – 9:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)
(Must overlap with UK business hours)

Compensation

* First 3 months: ৳50,000 per month
* After performance review: ৳70,000 – ৳90,000 per month

Selection Process

Candidates will be required to complete a short technical assessment before the final offer.
