When you’re working with a recruiter, communication is important throughout the entire process—not just in the beginning.
If you have an interview, check in with your recruiter afterward. If a client reaches out to you directly, let your recruiter know right away. If you need advice on how to handle a situation, call your recruiter. If you have a trial, call your recruiter afterward and let them know how it went.
We often have candidates checking in constantly before an interview or trial, but once those steps happen, the communication can suddenly stop.

💡 TIP OF THE DAY: Working With a Staffing Agency
Not every candidate has the experience needed to work through a private staffing agency — and that’s okay. ❤️
If you don’t yet have the years of experience, specialized training, certifications, education, or private-household experience that a client is requesting, please understand that it is not a reflection of your value as a professional. It simply may not be the right time in your career to work with an agency.
Here’s something important to understand:
When a client is looking for a Nanny with only 1–2 years of experience or someone who is brand new to private household work, they typically aren’t hiring through an agency. They may post directly on sites such as Care.com or Indeed.
When a client engages a professional staffing agency, it is usually because they have very specific requirements and are looking for someone who already meets those qualifications.
So, if a Recruiter tells you that you don’t currently meet the client’s requirements, please don’t take it personally.
✨ Introduce yourself. Stay professional. Keep gaining experience. Build your résumé. Get the certifications and training you need.
The right opportunity may come later.
And one more important reminder: Getting angry, becoming aggressive, sending threatening messages, or leaving negative reviews because you weren’t selected for a position will not change the client’s requirements.
The Recruiter is not the hiring manager and definitely is not the client. The Recruiter has simply been hired by the client to find candidates who already meet the criteria they have established.

The family will be settled in Miami in October, but they are happy to begin the interview process now. They are looking for someone who can become a long-term part of their family and work closely alongside Mom, who is very hands-on and enjoys being actively involved with the children.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

The family will have a Newborn Care Specialist providing overnight care during the first few months, so this Nanny will focus primarily on daytime care and helping the family with the children and household routines.

The Ideal Candidate:
