We’re Hiring: Remote Virtual Assistant (Digital Marketing, Social Media & Admin Support Focus)
Ray Advertising is looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our growing marketing and operations team!
If you’re passionate about digital marketing, social media management, and administrative coordination, this role is for you.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲:
Client Outreach, Marketing, Cold Emailing, LinkedIn Lead Generation, Social Media Accounts Handling, Email Marketing, Business Development, CRM Management (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, Asana), and Social Media Marketing.
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
• Excellent English (both written & verbal)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiar with documentation, compliance, or AI content writing (added advantage)
• Proactive, tech-savvy, and organized multitasker
• Proficient in using AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
• Strong research skills to gather and analyze accurate information
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀:
Monday to Saturday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (BD Time) – including 1.5 hours break | Work from Home
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲: 20,000 – 40,000 BDT
