Position:Executive / Sr. Executive – HR
Location: Head Office, Dhaka
🔎 Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to manage HR Operations and contribute to building a high-performance organizational culture.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, interview co-ordination.
• Manage attendance, leave, confirmation, transfer & HR documentation
• Maintain HRIS and employee database
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards & monthly HR metrics
• Coordinate payroll inputs and final settlement
• Ensure compliance with company policy & labor law
• Support objective setting & performance management initiatives
• Assist in OD interventions and talent development programs
• Develop/update SOPs, policies, and role profiles
• Contribute to process improvement and risk management initiatives
🎓 Requirements
Education:
BBA / MBA in HRM, Management or relevant discipline from any reputed university
Experience:
• Executive: 1–2 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Sr. Executive: 4–6 years of relevant experience
