বাংলাদেশীদের ১০ বছরের মেয়াদী মাল্টিপল ভিসা দিতে প্রস্তুত আমেরিকা

দীর্ঘমেয়াদী ভিসা দিতে আগ্রহী যুক্তরাষ্ট্র। বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশীদের ৫ বছর মেয়াদী মাল্টিপল ভিসা দেয়া হচ্ছে। এর মেয়াদ দ্বিগুণ বাড়াতে পারে মাকির্ন দূতাবাস।

এ্যম্বাসি অব দি ইউনাইটেড স্টেটস অফ আমেরিকার ডেপুটি চীফ অব মিশন জন এফ. ড্যানিলোইজ রাইজিংবিডিকে এ তথ্য দেন।তিনি বলেন,‘বাংলাদেশ বর্তমানে সর্বোচ্চ ৫ বছরের মাল্টিপল ভিসা দেয় বিদেশীদেরকে। কিন্তু বাংলাদেশ যদি মার্কিন নাগরিকদের ১০ বছর মেয়াদী মাল্টিপল ভিসা দেয় তাহলে আমেরিকাও বাংলাদেশীদের ১০ বছরের মেয়াদী মাল্টিপল ভিসা দিতে প্রস্তুত।’এ প্রসঙ্গে তিনি আরো বলেন,‘থাইল্যান্ড, মালয়েশিয়া, সিঙ্গাপুরসহ অনেক দেশ ১০ বছর মেয়াদী যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের মাল্টিপল ভিসা সুবিধা পেয়ে থাকে।বর্তমানে অনেক বাংলাদেশী ব্যবসায়ী যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের মাল্টিপল ভিসা সুবিধা (৫ বছর মেয়াদী) পেয়ে আসছেন।তবে ভিসার মেয়াদ ১০ বছর করার ক্ষেত্রে একটি বড় বাঁধা অপসারন প্রয়োজন। বাংলাদেশ সরকার নাগরিকদের যে পাসপোর্ট ইস্যু করে তার মেয়াদ ৫ বছর। ১০ বছরের ভিসা পেতে গেলে পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদও ১০ বছর করার প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।এবিষয়ে বাংলাদেশের পাসপোর্ট নীতি পরিবর্তন বা আধুনিকায়নের উপর জোর দেন কারন বাংলাদেশ সরকারের পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদ থাকে মাত্র ৫ বছর। এক্ষেত্রেও সরকারের পাসপোর্ট নীতি পরিবর্তন বা আধুনিকায়নের পক্ষে জোর দেন জন এফ. ড্যানিলোইজ।

তিনি বলেন,‘এর মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশ ও যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের মধ্যে ব্যবসা বাণিজ্যের সম্প্রসারণ সম্ভব।’ উল্লেখ্য পৃথিবীর অধিকাংশ দেশের পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদ ১০ বছর।

What is a cover letter?
A cover letter accompanies a CV (and/or completed application form). It's an opportunity to highlight what's in your CV and to provide real examples to support your ability to do the job. Some recruiters place more emphasis on the cover letter than the CV so it pays to take care with it.
What should I write in a cover letter?
Unless you are asked to apply by letter of application only, a cover letter should be brief and drive home the key aspects of why you are a good candidate. It should summarise what's in your CV, by emphasising your key strengths in relation to the job.
A cover letter should include a heading to make it clear which job you're applying for and, following the introductory paragraph, it can take the form of bullet points or short statements. It should also include your own name, address and contact details. For more information
How do I start and end a cover letter?
Make it clear which job you're referring to by using a heading and an opening line such as, 'In response to your advertisement on the Prospects website for the role of..., I write to enclose my CV'.
If you're given a named person you should address the letter to that person and begin the letter, Dear Ms Jones, and end with Yours sincerely, Justin Smith.
If you don't know the name of the person, but have a job title, such as the HR manager, you should address the letter to the HR manager, and include Dear Sir or Madam, and end with Yours faithfully, Justin Smith.

How do I write a cover letter for a job that's not advertised?
