Position: HR Manager
Location: Dhaka
Industry: Automobiles
Salary Range: BDT 60,000 – 70,000 (Depending on Experience)
Reporting To: Executive Director
We are looking for a smart, experienced, and people-oriented HR Manager who can independently lead the overall HR function of the organization. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on — capable of managing day-to-day HR operations while contributing to long-term organizational growth.
The ideal candidate should be confident in handling recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, and overall people management while working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities
* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines
* Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
* Manage performance appraisal and employee development initiatives
* Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
* Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company regulations
* Support organizational development and workforce planning
* Prepare HR reports and maintain proper HR documentation
Candidate Requirements
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
✔️ 6–8 years of relevant HR experience
✔️ Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role
✔️ Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law and HR best practices
✔️ Prior experience in automotive, distribution, import, or trading industry will be an advantage
✔️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaborate directly with top management
