Experience: Senior Professional (Preferred from Furniture, Retail, or FMCG Industry)

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Education: Postgraduate Degrees

Remuneration: BDT 300K - 400K

Key Consideration(s):
The COO will oversee overall operations including production, sales & marketing coordination, showroom management, and P&L management. The individual will be responsible for streamlining cross-functional processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving organizational growth. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, ensuring smooth business operations, optimizing inventory, and maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
