𝗗𝗛𝗔𝗞𝗔, 16 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 2026 — A high-level delegation from the 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝘆 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 (𝗔𝗪𝗧) visited the Daffodil International University campus on 16 August 2026 to explore multifaceted institutional partnerships focused on career development, specialized training, and strategic industry linkages.

The visit commenced with an academic exchange session led by 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗶, Head of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, DIU. The delegation was briefed on DIU’s modern teaching modules and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) implementation, with the delegates expressing keen interest in the OBE publications authored by DIU CSE faculty members.

The delegates also toured key university infrastructure, including the 𝗗𝗜𝗨 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗯, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. During the library tour, the delegation lauded the automated search and cataloging systems, commending the visionary leadership of 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗱. Sabur Khan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, DIU, in establishing world-class, student-centric academic facilities.

Following the tour, a formal strategic discussion was held in the university conference room.
𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝘂𝗹 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗹, Head of Industry Linkage (IIU, DIU) and Senior Assistant Director (CDC), delivered a comprehensive presentation outlining concrete collaboration pathways between DIU and the Army Welfare Trust, focusing on corporate connectivity, institutional partnerships, and specialized project engagements.
Sheikh Tonmoy, Director (In-Charge) of the Career Development Center (CDC), highlighted actionable career opportunities, emphasizing the sharing of best practices in graduate employability, talent acquisition, industry-aligned grooming programs, and collaborative training initiatives via CDC and Skill.jobs.
