Venturas Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of a Japanese client company seeking its first AI Agent Engineer to help establish and grow a newly launched AI Development Division.

📌 **Please note:** This is not a position with VENTURAS Ltd. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our Japanese client company and work remotely from Bangladesh as part of its engineering team.

We are looking for an engineer who can understand business challenges, design scalable solutions, leverage modern AI technologies, and transform ideas into production-ready applications.

💼 Key Responsibilities

* 🤖 Design and develop AI-powered applications using AI Agents and Large Language Models (LLMs)
* 🔍 Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
* 💬 Gather business requirements through stakeholder discussions
* 🏗️ Design scalable system architecture and technical solutions
* 🧠 Build applications using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other Generative AI technologies
* ✨ Design, develop, and optimize AI Agents and prompt workflows

✅ Required Qualifications

🤖 AI & Generative AI
* Experience building applications using AI Agents or Generative AI
* Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs
* Strong understanding of evaluating and improving AI-generated outputs

💻 Full-Stack Development
* Minimum **5 years** of professional software development experience
* Strong backend development using **Python** or **TypeScript**
* Frontend experience with **React**, **Vue**, or similar frameworks
* Experience designing REST APIs and integrating external systems
* Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or similar cloud platforms

🏗️ Software Engineering
* Experience delivering end-to-end software development projects
* Strong knowledge of system architecture and software design
* Ability to independently solve complex technical problems and make architectural decisions

🤝 Business Analysis & Communication
* Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders
* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
