𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Manager – Supply Planning (S&OE)
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Dhaka

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
* Lead the S&OE supply planning process and ensure alignment with the S&OP plan
* Develop and manage short-term production, procurement, and deployment plans
* Monitor service level, OTIF, inventory stability, and backlog performance
* Identify supply risks and lead cross-functional resolution of disruptions
* Drive scenario-based re-planning during demand or supply changes
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvements
* Lead and develop the Supply Planning team and set performance goals
* Improve planning processes, tools, reporting, and data accuracy

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
* Bachelor’s degree in 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, or related field
* 8–10+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 in 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
* 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 5+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 in 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 / 𝐒&𝐎𝐏 / 𝐒&𝐎𝐄 / 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬
* 3+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
* Strong knowledge of 𝐒&𝐎𝐏 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒&𝐎𝐄 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬
* Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting and scenario planning
* Good understanding of business and financial planning
* Advanced skills in 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥, 𝐁𝐈 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬
* Experience in 𝐅𝐌𝐂𝐆 𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 business will be an advantage
𝐀𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐒 / 𝐂𝐒𝐂𝐏 / 𝐂𝐏𝐈𝐌 or similar certification preferred

• Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with internal teams
• Support marketing strategies and product development initiatives

• Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferably Business background)
• Good understanding of marketing concepts and business processes
• Ability to identify business problems and align solutions with product features
• Experience in software demo, installation, and client training
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and presentation tools
• Basic understanding of the technology landscape
• Experience in tele calling or office management is preferred
