Job Description / Responsibility:
• Execute the sales strategy to ensure realizing Organization`s Vision.
• Formulate periodical targets and optimize accordingly.
• Hitting monthly targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
• Develop and manage sales budgets.
• Conduct Sales related campaigns and activation programs closely work with associated departments (i.e. Marketing, Engineering, Production, Business Development etc.).
• Identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
• Leading sales team(s) to obtain assigned targets.
• Establish guideline to develop effective Sales strategy and ensure extraordinary customer experience.
• Manage and Monitor daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
• Create and Manage database and align with the organizational system.
• Maintain relationship with the customers.
• Monitor existing competitor’s activities and compete accordingly.
• Any other task assigned by Management related to role. Periodical Report Generation and Presentation.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering)
Experience Requirements:
• 10 to 15 year(s)

We are looking a Quality Control & Maintenance Engineer’s for a reputed Rooftop Solar Project mainly to ensure quality control during the implementation phase and to plan, schedule, and ensure the ex*****on of daily, weekly and monthly activities to ensure quality assurance and smooth operations of a solar power plant.
Experience :8-12 Years
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Dhaka.
Other Requirements & Expectations
1.Must have the ability to travel, work on-call during off-shift hours
2.Should be flexible to perform installation role if needed
3.Should have experience in managing design, installation and commissioning of complex large scale PV generation projects.
4.The position is project based the candidate should be willing to travel and locate on site for the duration of project.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Masters of Renewable Energy will be an added advantage.
Certification as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a strong advantage
