URGENT REQUIREMENT: HR MANAGER
One of our clients (A multinational Company) is looking for a HR Manager for their apparel labeling solutions Plant located at Narayangong, Dhaka.
Purpose:
The role requires being responsible for total Human Resource Management function which includes attracting manpower, launching initiatives for their retention, providing developmental opportunities for employees, help in career planning, compensation management, performance measurement/ management & assurance initiatives/ managing communication/ review processes
Requirements:
• Degree qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
• Strong operational Human Resources experience (8-12 Years ) within a multinational or Garments/Textile or a professional managed company
• Matrix management experience (ideal)
• Experience in Recruitment; PMS; Training Needs Identification; Statutory
• Compliances etc.
• Knowledge of HR Process, theory and practice, behavioral psychology, competency
• mapping, interviewing skills, pay roll-compensation practices
• Strong communication (presentation & content) & interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in all Keystone Competencies (Credibility, Achievement Orientation,
• Self Direction, Team Orientation & Commitment to learning)
• Inter-personal Communication/ Flexibility/ Change Management
• Assertiveness/ Environmental Awareness/ Customer Focus/ Networking Skills
