Discussion on the Kaigo Connect Japan, a program to bridge quality caregivers supply from Bangladesh to employers in Japan through ERMS, One Blue Career and Medical Lifeup.

ERMS is the only Bangladesh Japan Sending Organisation in-collaboration with the Kaigo Connect Japan Program. A minimum of 5 employment slots has been confirmed for Bangladesh caregiver this year.

𝗠𝗢𝗨 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱!

ERMS today signed an MOU and Supplemental MOU with One Blue Career Co. Ltd. Japan and Medical Lifeup Co. Ltd. Japan.

The MOU is on collaboration for training and deployment for Caregiver sector in Japan under the SSW Visa.

Together we achieved more!

𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁.

This is the view of EarthTechJapan (ETJ) towards ERMS after completing the 3-days visit to Dhaka.

In the span of 3 months after starting the Japan Job Placement Program, ERMS has arranged interviews for 36 candidates under TITP, SSW Kaigo & SSW Agriculture with ETJ, leading to MoU signings to get more job demands from Japan.

ERMS has shown a strong connection with many instituitions in Bangladesh to ensure a continous supply of high quality candidates for Kaigo and Agriculture sectors in Japan.

With strong support from BMET and the Embassy of Japan, ERMS has strategically positioned as one of the prominent Japanese Sending Organisation in Bangladesh.

An inspiring visit by EarthTechJapan to Bangladesh-Korea Technical Training Centre (BKTTC) as part of strengthening the international collaboration and creating more employment opportunities for Bangladeshi in Japan. 🇯🇵🇧🇩

The discussion focused on the future workforce deployment initiatives under the Japan Job Placement Program by ERMS.

𝗠𝗢𝗖 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱! 🤝.

ERMS has officially signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with Nightingale Nursing & Midwifery Institute (NNMI) to establish a Japanese Caregiver Program, opening new pathways for skilled Bangladeshi caregivers to work in Japan 🇯🇵

This milestone comes just one week after the impactful visit of Mr. Isao Kawashima from EarthTechJapan, further reinforcing the growing collaboration and shared vision between the partners.

The MoC was signed with ERMS represented by Managing Director, Mr. Abul Monsur Ahmed, and CEO, Mr. Asmizar Abd Wahab. NNMI was represented by its Chairman, Prof. Dr. Moazzem Hossain, alongside Prof. Dr. Samnun Taha from NATAB.

Together, this partnership marks a strong commitment towards capacity building, international placement opportunities, and elevating the standards of caregiving professionals from Bangladesh.
