Recruitment- Manager for Resort
We are looking for a Hotel / Resort Manager who can manage our Resort as well as assisting in crafting company policies. The role focuses on Resort Management and requires good knowledge of labor laws.
Responsibilities
• Develop & plans for every department in the hotel/resort based on seasonal necessities.
• Monitor employee working and attendance schedules including paid time off, breaks, and overtime.
• Execute employee to organize training programs for all hotel employees such as customer service skills training.
• Administer remuneration, severance, and benefits policies.
• Make sure the hotel staff complies with relevant safety and health rules.
• Maintain resort guest records such as contact, and others details
• Ensures that every resort guest all facilities
• Assist with the preparation, coordination, and ex*****on of employee programs and events, such as regular staff meetings, food festivals, annual picnics, holiday parties, Wellness Fairs, farewell parties, and community service projects, among others.
Employment Status: Full-Time
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in any subject.

উপরের তলা (৫ম, ৬ষ্ঠ, ৭ম) থাকলে মানুষ প্রায়ই সিঁড়ি ধরে নেমে আসার চেষ্টা করে। কিন্তু বাস্তবতা নিচের তলা ভেঙে উপরের তলা পড়তে পারে। কম্পন শুরু হলে সিঁড়ি বা বারান্দায় যাওয়া বিপজ্জনক। বের হওয়ার চেষ্টা করবেন না! সিঁড়িতে লোকের ভীড়, ধাক্কাধাক্কি, অন্ধকার – ৯০% মানুষ সিঁড়িতেই মারা যায় বা আহত হয়। Think Fast!
Drop–Cover–Hold On:
বেডরুমে থাকলে খাটের নিচে, ড্রয়িং বা ডাইনিং-এ থাকলে মজবুত টেবিলের নিচে, কোনো আশ্রয় না পেলে দেয়ালের কোণে বসে মাথা ও ঘাড় ঢেকে রাখুন! বারান্দায় যাবেন না—রেলিং ভেঙে পড়তে পারে
বাথরুম নিরাপদ হতে পারে; বালতি উল্টো করে মাথার ওপর দিয়ে বসে থাকলে অনেকে বেঁচেছে! হেলমেট, বালতি, ঝুড়ি, ব্যাগ—যা খুঁজে পাবেন মাথার ওপর রাখুন।
যদি আপনি ১ম/২য় তলায় থাকেন (এটাই সবচেয়ে ভাগ্যবান):
কম্পন শুরু হলেই দরজা খুলে রাখুন (দরজা জ্যাম হলে বের হতে পারবেন না) ১৫-২০ সেকেন্ডের মধ্যে সিঁড়ি দিয়ে নেমে রাস্তায় চলে আসুন কিন্তু রাস্তায় এসে বিল্ডিং-এর গা ঘেঁষে দাঁড়াবেন না – ১০০ ফুট দূরে সরে যান! ভবন ছেড়ে খোলা মাঠে চলে যান!
ধ্বংসস্তূপের নিচে আটকে গেলে চিৎকার করবেন না—ধুলো ঢোকে, গলা শুকায়, হুইসেল থাকলে বাজান, না থাকলে দেয়ালে বা পাইপে ৩ বার টোকা দিন (আন্তর্জাতিক রেসকিউ সিগন্যাল) মোবাইল টর্চ অন রাখুন, কথা বলবেন না—ব্যাটারি বাঁচান,মুখে কাপড় চেপে ধরুন, ধুলো ঢোকা কমবে!
আজ থেকেই যা করবেন, বিছানার পাশে জুতা রাখুন, বেডের পাশে হেলমেট ও হুইসেল রাখুন, ভারী আলমারি, টিভি বা ফ্রিজের অবস্থান এমন রাখুন যাতে পড়ে গেলে আঘাত না হয়,গ্যাস সিলিন্ডার চেইন দিয়ে বেঁধে রাখুন, দরজা কখনো অটো-লক হবে না, চাবি কাছে রাখুন!
