• Planning for Business Development under the Branch
• Recruiting & Training the Financial Associates & Unit Managers of the Branch
• Leading & Supervising the Sales Team of the Branch.
• Developing Networks for Selling Life Insurance Products & Services.
• Ensuring the Best Services to the Policyholders under the Branch.
• Minimizing Company Risks by Ensuring Transparency.
• Developing the Brand of the Company

Educational Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any reputed University.
• Applicants having MBA Degree in Marketing will be given priority.
Experience Requirements:
