The selected candidates will be responsible for the role of Relationship Officer within the Consumer Division, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the sustainable expansion of the division’s portfolio across the region.

Job Responsibilities

1.Lead Generation: Actively seek new sales prospects through extensive direct visits, through various channels, including networking, referrals etc.

2·Sales Calls and Meeting: Ensuring client calls, keeping visit details and collecting required information & documents from prospective customers.

3·Customer Relationship Management: Creating, building and maintaining sustainable relationship with new clients by offering proper products and services.

4·Sales & Collection Target: To achieve individual monthly sales & collection target set by management.

5·Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

6·Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and preparing call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.

Educational Requirements:

Graduation degree in any field from a reputed & recognized university.

Experience Requirements:

Having 1/3 years prior experience in sales (Banking & Financial Institution, Micro-Finance, Insurance, and Pharmaceutical Industries etc) is preferred with proper understanding of NBFI or banking standards, products and services would be preferred.

Other Requirements

· Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skill. Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Good knowledge of loans & loan processing. Should be skilled at financial calculation & database management.

· Should also have knowledge in operations, policies, procedures and recovery system of a financial institution.

· Must have good knowledge of Financial Acts & Litigation Procedure as well as regulatory policies.

· Literacy on Microsoft Office is a must.

Salary: Negotiable/ As per company policy ( 15K To 48K - Depends on experience )

Key Responsibilities:

• Online Media Monitoring- Preparation of database on suspicious online links reported by AML&CFT officers in the concerned WhatsApp group.
• Media Link Validation- Verify links are authentic, relevant, non-duplicate, and from credible sources.
• Content Review and Relevance Assessment- Review media content to substantiate allegations/suspicious activity.
• Data Extraction from Media Content- Extract bKash involvement from suspicious links.
• Allegation Categorization- Categorize the type of (e.g., fraud, scam, illegal gambling, sexual exploitation, misuse of MFS, etc.).
• Media Base Update and Documentation- Upload validated and relevant media items into the designated media database/base in the approved format.
• Flag cases for investigation and Check data consistency
• Review and quality assurance of FCA evidence (audio/video/image), approximately 3,000 FCA cases per month, submitted through AML360, to ensure overall FCA quality standards.
• Review of EDD and IRM observations, including data entry and provision of qualitative feedback.
• Daily, officer-wise FCA count tracking, consolidation into monthly summaries, and report generation for follow-up by Line Manager.
• Categorization of Special FCA raw data based on non-compliance types, incorporating feedback received from regional officers.
• Tracking, verification, and compilation of feedback related to Manual EDD, POSM verification, and Media Screening.
• Review of EDD and IRM observations, including data entry and provision of qualitative feedback.
• Preparation of monthly FCA activity monitoring reports using AML360 data.

Educational Requirement: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Any Discipline)

• Age limit: Maximum 30 years
• Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Other Requirements:
