- Position: Credit Management Executive

-Job Responsibility:

1. Assessing Creditworthiness: Conduct credit checks and evaluate the financial stability of potential and existing customers to minimize the risk of bad debts.

2. Setting Credit Limits: Establish credit limits for customers based on analysis and business guidelines.

3. Reviewing and Approving Credit Applications: Approve or recommend credit terms and conditions for new and existing customers.

4. Monitoring Credit Exposure: Regularly track and report on credit exposure and outstanding balances.

5. Managing Credit Policies: Develop, implement, and update credit policies and procedures to align with business needs.

• Receivables Management:

1. Invoicing and Payment Processing: Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices and coordinate with customers for payment collections.

2. Monitoring Receivables: Keep track of customer accounts and outstanding

invoices, ensuring that payments are received according to the agreed terms.

3. Aging Analysis: Perform aging analysis of accounts receivable to identify overdue accounts and take appropriate action.

4. Follow-Up on Payments: Contact customers regarding overdue payments and manage the collection process, including reminders and escalation if necessary.

5. Managing Disputes: Resolve customer disputes and discrepancies related to invoices, payments, or credits.

• Reporting and Analysis:

1. Credit and Receivables Reporting: Prepare regular reports on credit status,

collections, and aging analysis for management review.

2. Cash Flow Analysis: Analyze the impact of receivables on the organization’s cash flow and provide insights to support decision-making.

3. Risk Management: Identify potential credit risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

• Compliance and Documentation:

1. Maintaining Records: Ensure all credit and receivable transactions are accurately documented and filed.

standards, and regulatory requirements.

3. Audit Support: Assist in audits and reviews related to credit and receivable

management.

• Collaboration and Communication:

1. Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with the Commercial, finance, to ensure alignment and address credit or receivable issues.

2. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support timely payments and resolve any financial issues.

Qualifications:

- Education: MBA / master’s degree in commerce / accountancy /BBA

- Experience: 6-7 Years.
