We are looking for some potential candidates for the position of "Senior Executive/Assistant Manager-Brand". We are looking for people who have at-least 4-7 years of experience for the mentioned position.

Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing activities to achieve brand strategy objectives.
• Develop and implement a holistic brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision, encompassing brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with advertising and research agencies to create and execute brand initiatives that resonate with the brand identity.
• Assist in the development of long-term brand strategy and implement short to medium-term objectives in support of the strategy.
• Handle New product development, Special Projects and product launching plan for the brand.
• Monitor media coverage, social media mentions, and online sentiment to assess public perception of the brand, making data-driven adjustments to communication strategies.
• Assist in formulating a monthly trade marketing plan, analyzing sales performance, and achieving targets through strategic decision-making.
• Efficiently manage the brand and media communication budget, optimizing resource allocation for cost-effective strategies.
• Conduct ongoing market trend to stay abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing strategic recommendations for brand enhancement.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, generating detailed reports post-execution.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the inter-department collaboration with Production, Sales, Accounts and senior management, to ensure alignment between brand initiatives and overall business objectives.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms to promote the products and fortify the brand presence.
• Define, measure and report the performance of all paid marketing channels/campaigns and assess against ROI and KPI goals including customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide analysis on costs, new, existing & review cost reduction activities.
• Develop annual plans and budgets for the brand & Marketing.
• Ensure that the brand focus/ positioning is maintained through all media, PR activities and POS all locations.
• Process Purchase orders to acquire goods timely.
• Conduct activation and review logistic inventory and update as required.
• Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by management as needed.
Experience Requirements:
• Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager at least 03/05 years.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Management, Digital marketing.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies.
