IT Support Specialist(Under Third-party payroll)
For A reputed Telecommunication Company
Salary : 25000 Fixed
Job Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka
Employment Status : Full-time
Educational Requirements : B. Sc. Engineering in CSE/EEE
Responsibilities :
1. Providing 1st end IT support to all employees.
2. IT inventory manage and maintenance of assets.
3. Operating Town hall programs with audio & video presentation system.
4. All meeting room support for VC and display issues.
5. Assist users in troubleshooting all IT related issues.
6. Manage vendors for printing, warranty claim for laptops / desktops / other IT equipment.
7. Deployment of products and policies for regular operational activities that are related to end users.
8. Provide support to monobrand shops in all over Bangladesh.
9. Troubleshoot hardware issues in desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, projector and other IT equipment.
10. Troubleshoot WiFi issues, internet access issues, application issues
Skills:
· Knowledge on desktop, laptop, printer hardware.
· Knowledge on operating system (Windows 7/10) installation, Email Client software (Microsoft Outlook),
· Knowledge on WiFi standards, TCP/IP, Multifunction network printer, Microsoft excel & power point functions would be and added advantage
Experience Requirements: 1 to 2 years
