🎯 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Supervise and execute garment washing processes as per approved recipes and standards.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot washing machines and related equipment.
• Develop and maintain washing recipes based on buyer requirements and approved samples.
• Control temperature, time, water ratio, chemical dosage, pH, and process parameters.
• Ensure required shade, hand feel, appearance, softness, and finishing quality.
• Analyze washing faults and take corrective actions to minimize rejection and re-wash.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dyeing, Lab, Merchandising, and Technical teams.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure optimum production efficiency.
• Ensure proper chemical handling, storage, and workplace safety.
• Reduce chemical consumption, water usage, wastage, and production losses.
• Guide and supervise junior technicians/operators and ensure SOP compliance.
• Maintain production records, washing recipes, and process-related documentation.
• Support new washing developments, sample development, and process improvement initiatives.

🎓 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Diploma/B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant discipline will be preferred.
• Equivalent technical qualifications with strong relevant experience may also be considered.

💼 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in Garments Washing/Dyeing.
• Strong hands-on experience in 𝐑𝐌𝐆 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 is required.
• Experience with 𝐖𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐦, and 𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐭 will be an added advantage.
