𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞: 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 (𝐌𝐢𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫/ 𝐌𝐢𝐝-𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫)
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Own fintech business and P&L. End-to-end processes: credit risk analysis, lending flows, SME financing etc.
• Turn real business problems into simple, scalable fintech solutions.
• Build credit underwriting models using payroll and transaction data.
• Establish partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and capital providers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
• 5–7 years of experience in fintech, digital lending, or financial products.
• Experience with lending or SME finance (big plus).
• Comfortable in zero-to-one and one-to-scale environments. Partner closely with founders on fintech strategy, roadmap, and expansion.
• Startup mindset: ownership, speed, and problem-solving.
