Job Title

Duties & responsibilities:
• Receive and process samples to identify suitability
• Prepare samples for testing using various types of laboratory equipment
• Perform laboratory testing
• Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory records
• Label specimens accurately and distribute them to the appropriate department
• Perform quality control as directed by the Laboratory Manager
• Clean and maintain work area and all lab equipment and supplies

Required qualifications and skills:
• Diploma or B.Sc. in any discipline preferably physics and chemistry.

Senior Engineer – AI Development (Under Response Ltd payroll)

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled and delivery-focused Senior Engineer – AI Development to contribute to the development of our Enterprise AI Assistant. The role requires strong software engineering, Generative AI, RAG, agentic AI, enterprise integration, and solution-design capabilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain features for an enterprise-grade AI Assistant.
• Build conversational AI capabilities using Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation, enterprise APIs, web search, and AI agents.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, including document processing, chunking, embeddings, vector search, hybrid retrieval, reranking, citations, and grounded response generation.
• Implement intelligent routing to select between general LLM responses, RAG, MCP tools, enterprise services, web search, deterministic workflows, and specialized agents.
• Design and develop Model Context Protocol – MCP servers, clients, tools, prompts, and enterprise resources.
• Apply Agent-to-Agent – A2A communication patterns for agent discovery, task delegation, workflow handoff, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, asynchronous workflows, Server-Sent Events (SSE), WebSocket, and background jobs using Python and FastAPI.
• Contribute to frontend development using React, TypeScript, and Vite.
• Design provider abstraction, model fallback, retry, timeout, rate limiting, token tracking, and cost-control mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain system prompts, routing prompts, task prompts, tool-use prompts, and structured-output prompts.
• Apply prompt engineering and context engineering to improve accuracy, grounding, tool usage, and response consistency.
• Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.1, OpenID Connect, PKCE, JWT, Microsoft Entra ID, and Role-Based Access Control.
• Integrate enterprise services through Microsoft Graph, APIs, databases, and secure tool interfaces. Public
• Prepare technical designs, API contracts, sequence diagrams, data models, and architecture documentation.
• Follow spec-driven development by defining scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, test cases, failure scenarios, and security requirements before implementation.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent platforms.
• Support Docker-based deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain clear technical documentation, implementation notes, deployment guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Approximately 4–7 years of professional software-development experience.
• At least 1–2 years of practical experience in Generative AI, LLM, RAG, AI agents, intelligent automation, or related solutions development.
• Experience delivering production-grade or enterprise software solutions.
• Ability to independently understand and enhance an existing multi-service application.
