The Factory Inventory Accountant will be the custodian of all physical and digital stock. The primary mission is to maintain a "Live Inventory" ecosystem utilizing barcode scanning and ERP integration to track raw materials, Work-in-Progress (WIP), and finished goods. This role provides the analytical backbone for the Supply Chain team to make data-driven procurement decisions.

1. Digital Inventory Management (ERP & Barcoding):
โ— Lead the implementation and daily management of barcode-based data collection at all entry and exit points (Warehouse, Knitting/Dyeing floor, Packing)
โ— Ensure 100% accuracy in ERP data entry (SAP/Tally), reflecting real-time stock levels
โ— Reconcile physical stock with system records daily to identify and eliminate discrepancies
2. WIP & Production Tracking:
โ— Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) stages to identify bottlenecks or "hidden" floor stock
โ— Track material consumption against production orders to monitor wastage and efficiency

3. Analytics & Aging Support:
โ— Conduct deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on inventory variances or production losses
โ— Provide detailed reports on Old/Dead Stock and "Slow-moving" items to trigger liquidation or alternative usage
โ— Analyze "Yield vs. Consumption" to ensure factory efficiency is meeting financial targets

4. Supply Chain Collaboration:
โ— Act as the lead advisor to the Supply Chain Team regarding raw material "Re-order Levels."
โ— Provide historical consumption data to forecast future raw material requirements (Yarn, Dyes, Chemicals)

โ— BBA/MBA in Accounting and Finance; ACA/ACCA, FCA/FCMA will be preferred

* Ensure accurate and timely outlet-wise replenishment planning based on demand, sales trends, and operational priorities

Demand & Quantity Planning:
* Lead quantity planning and allocation to ensure optimal stock availability across all outlets while minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory
* Collaborate with Commercial, Category, and Planning teams to align distribution with sales forecasts and promotional activities
* Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, shrinkage, and wastage, ensuring adherence to inventory control standards

Operational Excellence:
* Establish and implement SOPs and KPIs for Distribution Center operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and improve service levels

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
* Lead, develop, and manage Distribution Center teams including warehouse, planning, and logistics personnel

* Formulate and execute group-wide HR strategy aligned with business goals
* Design organization structures and manpower planning frameworks for scalability
* Drive HR analytics for workforce planning, productivity measurement, and decision-making
* Design organizational structures suited for each companyโ€™s business model and growth stage
* Oversee succession planning, talent mapping, and headcount budgeting across all entities
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
* Oversee the full recruitment cycleโ€”from manpower planning to onboarding
* Standardize recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate
3. Performance & Culture Development:
* Implement a structured and unique Performance Management System (PMS) aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & SOPs
* Develop and implement a total rewards strategy covering compensation benchmarking, incentive programs, and recognition systems aligned with company goals
4. Learning & Development:
* Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps and design effective learning programs
* Develop a Learning & Development (L&D) roadmap aligned with business goals
5. HR Operations & Compliance:
* Oversee payroll, attendance, benefits, and leave management systems
* Implement and manage an integrated HRIS to centralize employee data, ensure data accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making
* Ensure all HR processes comply with local labor laws and company policies.
6. Administrative Management:
* Oversee office management, facility maintenance, and administrative operations
* Ensure efficient use of resources and cost-effective procurement of goods and services
7. Leadership & Employee Engagement:
* Advise CEO on organizational growth, culture, and people strategy
* Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions during restructuring, scaling, or new business integrations
