Green Compare Ltd is a UK-based company. We help businesses in the UK compare and get better deals on business energy and business loans. Our Dhaka office in Dhanmondi calls UK business customers by phone. We are looking for a Telesales Specialist to join this team.

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound phone calls to business customers in the UK.
Talk to customers in English and explain our business loan and business energy services.
Understand what the customer needs and offer the right solution.
Meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Keep customer records updated and follow up with customers when needed.

Requirements (Must-have)
Fluent English (speaking and listening) – MUST. You will speak only English with UK customers. You must understand them clearly and speak clearly on the phone. This is the most important requirement for this job.
MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) sales experience – MUST. You have sold MCA / business loans before.
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling.
Able to work the UK shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Bangladesh time).
Good listening and communication skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven (comfortable working with sales targets)

Educational Requirements
Minimum HSC (any subject). English skill and sales experience matter more than the degree.
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in telesales / outbound calling.
Must have MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) sales experience.
Nice to Have
Experience with UK or international customers.
Basic knowledge of the energy, loan, or telecom sector.

Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary: Tk. 20,000 – 23,000 per month (based on experience).
Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday off).
Professional office environment in Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

সরকারি চাকরির salary বাড়ছে, security তো আছেই। তখন অনেকেই বলছেন,
“Private sector তো পিছিয়ে গেল!”

কিন্তু এখানে একটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় আমরা অনেক সময় ভুলে যাই।

চাকরি নিরাপদ হওয়া আর career নিরাপদ হওয়া এক জিনিস নয়।✓

সরকারি চাকরি আপনাকে দিতে পারে Job Security।✓

কিন্তু একজন skilled professional-এর সবচেয়ে বড় security হলো তার Employability, Skill এবং Market Value।

একজন মানুষের চাকরি চলে গেল। যদি তার skill limited হয়, তাহলে সে সত্যিই ঝুঁকির মধ্যে পড়ে।

কিন্তু যদি তার থাকে strong technical skill, relevant experience, professional qualification, communication skill, technology knowledge এবং problem-solving ability, তাহলে একটি চাকরি হারানো মানেই তার career শেষ হয়ে যাওয়া নয়।

একজন skilled professional-এর career কোনো একটি company-এর সঙ্গে শেষ হয়ে যায় না। বরং নিজের skill, experience এবং market value যত শক্তিশালী হবে, career-এর options তত বাড়বে।

Skill থাকলে একটি company আপনাকে reject করতে পারে, কিন্তু পুরো market আপনাকে reject করবে না।

আর skill যদি strong হয়, তাহলে একটি company-তে job করার সময়ও আপনি অন্য company-তে better opportunity তৈরি করতে পারবেন।

Private job-এর risk আছে, এটা সত্যি।

কিন্তু এর সঙ্গে আছে
✓Higher earning potential,
✓Faster career growth,
✓International opportunities,
✓Industry change করার flexibility এবং
✓Continuous skill development-এর সুযোগ।

তাই প্রশ্নটা শুধু হওয়া উচিত নয়,
“কোন চাকরিতে বেশি security?”

বরং প্রশ্ন হওয়া উচিত,

“আমি এমন কী skill তৈরি করছি, যাতে কোনো একটি চাকরি হারালেও আমার career হারিয়ে না যায়?”

কারণ শেষ পর্যন্ত,
Company আপনাকে একটি চাকরি দিতে পারে।

কিন্তু আপনার skill-ই আপনাকে employable রাখে।

একটা চাকরিকে নিরাপদ করার চেয়ে নিজেকে এমনভাবে তৈরি করুন, যাতে কোনো একটি চাকরি আপনার career-এর শেষ না হয়।
