Position : AGM Admin

Vacancy : 1

Job Context:
As a AGM Admin you are responsible for Top-Management. developing relationships that promote conversions, expansions, retention of employees and supervise the activities. You will work closely with management to ensure the proper human resource management policy & strategies are provided and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction of the employees.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise the activities of the Administration Staff, and look after their performance management, performance appraisal, and career progression issues in consultation.
Ensure the care and maintenance of common utilities in the Head office and also ensure overall security and safety system.
Follow-up with the warehouse operation.
Supervise the activities of the Transport Department.
Maintain regular liaison with top-level Government bodies for the greater interest of the Group.
Oversee the procurement of materials for administrative purposes by Supply Chain Management/Procurement Department.
Submit monthly Admin-Accounts Statement to the management & analyze data on expenditure and take remedial action to control the cost.
Look after the performance of Common Service Staff like Security Guards, Drivers, Office assistants, cleaners etc.
Managing clerical or other administrative staff,ensure the Proper Management of office equipment and monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with attention to budgetary constraints.
Arrange visas, tickets, corporate contracts, hotel booking, fleet management, etc.
Maintain liaison with the local police station and other Govt. agencies, officials, Stakeholders, other law enforcement authorities, political representatives, and other related personnel to resolve problems as and when required.

Qualification: Bachelor degree in any discipline,Masters degree in any discipline
Fully conversant in English

Experience :
●Must have legal and land-related proven record of 10 to 15 year(s) work experience.
●Required experience in the following area (s): General Management, Office Administration in the business area of Group of Companies.
Additional Requirements
Age: 30-50 years
Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading development of teams and successfully delivering complex projects.
Management Skills : Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, resources, and deadlines effectively.Planning, Organizing and reviewing skills. Strong planning, organizing & reviewing skills. Decision Making & Influencing Skills is required .
Problem-Solving Skills: A creative and analytical mind-set to tackle any technical challenges and devise innovative solutions.
Communication skill: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Team Player & collaboration skills : A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

Other skills like Project management skills & Adaptability skills is required as well as Punctuality,Work ethic should be maintained .
