Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a leading business conglomerate in Bangladesh? Akij Resource is currently offering a People & Culture (HR) Internship opportunity at our corporate office.

Position Details:
▪ Duration: 3–4 Months
▪ Benefits: Partially subsidized lunch
▪ Location: Akij House, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
▪ Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
▪ Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
▪ Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and general coordination activities.

Requirements:
▪ The internship must be a mandatory academic requirement of the candidate’s bachelor's program.
▪ Currently enrolled in a BBA/MBA program (major in HRM preferred) or a relevant discipline.
▪ Proficient in Canva and Google Workspace (G Suite).
▪ Strong communication and organizational skills.
▪ Eager to learn and work within a corporate HR environment.
