Neuron Overseas Employment Limited (NOEL) is dedicated for employment and excursion. Our Government approved RL no- 1943. We recruit skilled and unskilled worker to any destination approved by Bangladesh government.

We are looking for a Male General Manager at our office:
● Candidates are expected to be goal-oriented, confident, quick learner, and very good in English speaking and writing. We are looking for energetic, hard-working, smart, punctual, honest, and self-motivated individuals to fulfill the following post.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff.
● Creating and implementing strategies for business growth.
● Hiring new staff within a department or business unit.
● Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients.
● Working closely with account managers and other senior staff to retain clients.
● Developing new solutions to meet client needs.
● Improving internal processes for better productivity.
● Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports.
● Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit.

Requirements and skills:
● Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
● Experience in planning and budgeting.
● Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
● Strong analytical ability.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
● Problem-solving aptitude.
● MSc/MBA in Business or relevant field.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Minimum Masters Degree in any discipline.
