We are looking for a Sourcer and Recruiter who will source candidates on behalf of our client companies. We are working with USA, Canada and European Clients.
Job Duties:
1. Sourcing and selecting candidates as per clients requirement.
2. Proper screening of candidates.
3. Email Outreach
4. Building out talent networks and tapping into knowledgeable industry resources to develop evergreen candidate pipelines
5. Ability to perform Boolean search
6. ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
7. Help managers complete daily tasks
8. Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry, appointment setting, research)
9. Grow with the company
10. Being an active listener, you dig deep and find the real problem, then solve it
Requirements:
• Bachelor or HSC from any University or College
• Effective communication skills
• Flexibility/adaptability
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills in English
• Reasonable computational ability
• Experience with ZOOM, Skype, Google meet, Slack, etc.
Salary: 8000-12000 TK
