Personal Secretary to Chairman

Gender:- Only females are allowed to apply.

Salary:- 15000-20000 (Monthly)

Job Location: - Uttara

Education: - Minimum Bachelor's Degree

Additional Requirement:-
1. Age 22 to 30 years
2. Only Female
3. Good command in English & Bangla (Writing & Communicating)
4. Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
5. Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
6. Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
7. Knowledge on maintaining google calendar
8. Should have working experience of performing all kinds of secretarial works of Chairman, Managing Director and/or CEO maintaining high level of confidentiality/privacy at a mid/large size company.
9. Should have cross-functional working skill.

Responsibilities & Context:-

1. Acting as the first contact point to reach Chairman.
2. Maintaining all appointments and meeting schedules of the Chairman and updating him regularly.
3. Contact with all stakeholders/communications on behalf of Chairman through email, phone call and other social media.
4. Screening and taking note from all telephone/mobile calls of the Chairman and conveying information.
5. Category and business communication through letters e-mail with different overseas and local concerns as per directions of Chairman.
6. Preparing meeting minutes and other secretarial notes on different issues concerned with the Chairman for the Group of companies.
Following-up actions on pending important issues.
7. Reminding the Manager/Executive of important tasks and deadlines.
8. Accompanying Chairman in the time of visiting different establishments and taking notes.
9. Notifying Chairman on upcoming events and formulating necessary arrangements.
Maintaining confidential Papers, files and agreements.
10. Communicate with concerned Govt. and non-Govt. organizations for any documentation purpose.
11. Maintaining and updating a database for all communication of Chairman into Outlook.
12. Arranging protocol service, visa, air ticket booking, hotel reservation related activities of Chairman according to pre-schedule.
13. Any other secretarial tasks relevant with this role given by Chairman.
