Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Minimum 3 years of international experience in accounting/finance.
• Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Assistant, or similar position in the Accounting Department.
• Effective communication skills (English proficiency: IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Willingness to work at the office in Bangladesh, especially during quarterly closings (first ten days of January, April, July, October).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accreditation desired.
• Proven work experience in the construction industry within the region is an added advantage.
