We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Green Belt Training Programs at Gildan Bangladesh.

Congratulations to 31 White Belt graduates from the Dyehouse and 36 Green Belt graduates from cross-functional departments. Their efforts led to the implementation of 75 Kaizens and 8 DMAIC projects, demonstrating strong commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

We appreciate all graduates for their dedication and look forward to the positive impact of their skills in driving efficiency and quality across our operations.

This Ramadan, Gildan proudly partnered with JAAGO Foundation and Volunteer for Bangladesh to distribute 3,400 iftar meals to underprivileged communities in Dhaka, Chattogram, and Savar. The meals, packed with essential nutrients, were shared with low-income families and daily wage earners to ensure they could break their fast with dignity. Around 300 Gildan employees volunteered, along with 100 volunteers from JAAGO and VBD, to make this initiative possible. We are proud to support the communities where we operate.

Our IT Helpdesk and Operations Center team just wrapped up their training on customer experience and communications. This interactive 7-hour session helped sharpen customer service and communication skills with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and creating a smooth experience for every employee who reaches out for support.
A big thank you to everyone for their active participation and to our facilitator for delivering such an engaging and impactful session.
