ī§ Greet customers warmly and provide personalized beauty consultations.
ī§ Assess customer needs and recommend suitable skincare, makeup, fragrance, and beauty products.
ī§ Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints politely and professionally
ī§ Promote new launches, offers, beauty campaigns, and brand promotions.
ī§ Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences.
ī§ Maintain strong product knowledge of all beauty categories.
ī§ Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
ī§ Process POS transactions accurately.
ī§ Assist with stock counts, returns, and product ordering.
đđđĒđŽđĸđĢđđ đđ¤đĸđĨđĨđŦ & đđŽđđĨđĸđđĸđđđđĸđ¨đ§đŦ:
ī§ Previous experience as a retail sales role (preferred).
ī§ Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and personal grooming.
ī§ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
ī§ Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
ī§ Presentable, well-groomed, and brand-aligned appearance

HSC/Bachelorâs degree from any recognized institution
A minimum of 1â2 years of experience working in a retail sales environment, with strong leadership and customer management skill
