I have an extensive array of management and leadership experience, spanning over 30 years obtained from roles within the Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, Wholesale and manufacturing sectors, at both strategic and operational levels, predominately with family owned and operated & SME. My core strengths being foremost a 'people person', great communicator & mentor, ability to function extremely well under
pressure in fast paced environments, leading by example, a decision maker and fully accountable for all of my actions. I am self-motivated, with exceptional people and relationship building skills; able to communicate at all levels. I use a consultative approach to determine internal and external stakeholders’ requirements to enable positive achievement of desired outcomes for all. I strive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment, whilst upholding a savvy business acumen across all sectors at all times. After many, many years in senior management positions I decided to take that great leap of faith and go out on my own! I am pleased to be able to offer my services on a Consultancy basis to other small businesses who may not be in a position to employ a permanent HR Professional, but would like support and guidance with their team building, performance management, implementing and/or updating policies & procedures, or perhaps your employment contracts are out of date??
