The Horizontal Festival hits Centennial Vineyard in Bowral on 4–5 October. Picture a weekend where world-class wine, craft beer, spirits, incredible food, live music and art collide and you are right in the thick of it helping everything run smoothly.

Over two days and four sessions, guests will enjoy a curated sensory adventure celebrating NSW produce, award-winning chefs, live music, art and design set against the stunning vineyard backdrop.
We need hands-on, energetic people to join the team:
🍷RSA-certified casuals – work across the festival, including the Masterclass tent, bar areas, and other beverage experiences, serving premium wine, beer, and spirits, and helping create memorable moments for every guest
🧑🍳 Food Handler-certified casuals – support behind-the-scenes hospitality for the platinum offer and Masterclass chefs
📦 Bump in crew – Tues–Fri before the event (10–4pm), helping build and set up festival experiences: moving heavy furniture and boxes, hanging signs and artwork, and all-around strong, physical work
🏭 Warehouse supervisors/staff – during festival weekend, managing and delivering guest wine orders; physically active role, lifting cases and organising deliveries
