Big week for the Tracks family! Our Managing Director Nicole Thompson is a finalist for Blak Female Business Owner of the Year at the Northern Territory Indigenous Business Network Blak Business Awards, and Tracks Care is a finalist for Blak Growth Business of the Year.

We’re really proud of both. Nicole has led Northern Territory Indigenous Business Network since 2018, and Tracks Care has grown into a strong Aboriginal-owned NDIS provider in Darwin and Katherine. Seeing them both recognised in the same year means a lot to all of us.

Congratulations to the TRACKS Care team, and especially Jayne, for the work you put in every day for your prarticipants and their families. This is well deserved.

Thank you to our co-founders Suzie and Adrian Celotti for your support along the way, and to everyone who has been part of Tracks IS. Our team past and present, the candidates and workers who have represented us across the NT and Queensland, and our clients who keep backing us.

Congrats to Tradara Naparula Briscoe, Tammy Hatherill, Jipungwayi , Boka Electrical and all the finalists. See you on the night!

Big welcome to Audrey Marceau, who's joined our Queensland team as a Recruitment Consultant working alongside Taylor Thompson.
Audrey's spent the last five years recruiting in the Territory. Three of those as Talent Acquisition Lead at City of Darwin, running end to end recruitment and finding the gems even in bulk campaigns. Before that she was at CareFlight tackling the tough ones: doctors, nurses, engineers, helicopter pilots, aircrew officers. Remote and regional work is most of what she's done, here and earlier in northern Canada.
Here's what that means if you're working with her. If you're a client, she takes time to listen to your needs and won't send you people who don't fit the brief. If you're a candidate, she'll tell you what the job involves and keep you in the loop the whole way through. You will know where you stand.
Since joining, she's already been out meeting the community. She was at the QIBN Brisbane 2032 Yarning Circle yesterday, hearing from business owners and experts across the state about what the Games could mean for them. Audrey has started creating meaningful relationships and is looking forward to working with these professionals. Thanks to the Queensland Indigenous Business Network for having her.
Welcome aboard, Audrey. Very glad you're with us.

Celebrating purposeful connections at Black Coffee August, co-hosted by the Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair at the Darwin Convention Centre. Nothing beats meaningful chats over coffee, especiallywhen it leads to action—like seeing our MD Nicole Thompson and son connecting with Ryan Smith from TEC Automation NT , who’s hosting his one-week VET placement as part of Certificate II in Electrotechnology through Charles Darwin University. That’s real community building: local businesses investing in young Territorians and opening doors for the next generation. Thanks to Nicole Brown for creating spaces where conversations turn into futures.
Love spending time with you Melanie Luck, Grace Bui and Libby O'Lachlan. hashtag hashtag hashtag

Strong children, strong futures. Today we celebrate National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children's Day—a time to honour culture, identity and the leaders of tomorrow. At TRACKS Integrated Services, we’re committed to building pathways so every child can thrive and shape Australia’s future.

Picnic Day has been part of the Territory for generations. Its exact origins are debated, but it's widely believed to have grown from the annual picnics organised for railway workers in the late 1800s.

These days it's Territory through and through. Catching up with friends, a lazy fish, a family barbecue, or joining the crowd at the Darwin Cup. However you spend your long weekend, we hope you get to make the most of what the Top End has to offer.

From all of us at TRACKS Integrated Services, enjoy the break and take time for the things that matter.

What's on your Picnic Day list this year?

60,000 years strong. 50 years of deadly.🖤💛❤️

What a week to celebrate. NAIDOC is our favourite time of year, and this year marks 50 years of NAIDOC.

What we love most is the people. Family, friends, colleagues and community, all coming together to celebrate. We are proud to stand with every one of them.

We had our Tracks Integrated Services and Tracks Care stalls set up at Civic Park on Larrakia country, out in the community where we love to be. Connecting with our people, valuing the relationships that matter, and sharing the day together.

Swipe through the photos. And yes, that is Nicole, our Managing Director, smiling big in nearly every one. She could not help it! Proud for NAIDOC, and proud of our community. 🎉
