🤝 Talk and Tour Day with TDG Environmental — Building Trust Before Day One.
Finding a job is only half the journey — feeling confident about where you're headed is the other half.
That's why we're proud to be running Talk and Tour Day with our partner TDG, giving Indigenous candidates the chance to walk the site, meet the team, and ask the real questions before they ever step into the role. Because sustainable employment isn't just about placing someone in a job — it's about both sides understanding each other first, building the trust that makes a role stick.
We're also excited to share that our CEO, Brooking Hovell, will be speaking on Mental Health at Talk and Tour events here in South Australia and across New Zealand. Starting a new job is a big life change, and looking after your mental wellbeing through that transition matters just as much as the job itself. It's a conversation we don't have often enough in employment pathways — and we're glad to be having it.
