We held our regular fortnightly meeting last night and covered some important topics for everyone:
1. 🏠 Accommodation arrangements
2. 📄 Workers Visa updates
3. 🚗 Transportation matters
4. 📜 Host companies rules and expectations — these are there to protect everyone, which workers are ensure to get familiar with them.
5. 💻 BrightHR System: We talked through how to use our HR platform. It’s really important that all team members know how to access and use it regularly for things like records, rosters, updates, and information.
Since it was a chilly evening, we finished up with hot cups of tea/coffee and sandwiches — a nice warm way to wrap things up! 🥪☕
