That’s where our Formal Ready sessions come in. From walking in formal dresses and posing for photos to table manners and social etiquette, we help each girl practise at her own pace 💖💛

But what about the things she might not have thought of yet? Walking in heels and a long dress, sitting gracefully, posing for photos, and using good table manners can all take a bit of practice 💖

That’s why our Formal Ready sessions include activities based on real-life situations the girls might encounter on the night, helping them feel more comfortable and prepared 🌟

Confidence, poise, and the way you carry yourself can make all the difference 💙

Here’s a look at one of our Year 12 students’ progress during her Formal Ready training. With improved posture, more natural posing, and growing confidence in front of the camera, it’s lovely to see how far she’s come 💛✨

✅ Our Formal Ready program helps girls prepare for their Year 12 Formal, covering:

▫️ Posture & body awareness: improving posture, relaxing the shoulders, and developing a more balanced stance
▫️ Camera confidence: practising natural poses, hand placement, and facial expressions
▫️ Walking & poise: practising walking, turning, standing, and sitting with confidence

✅ Formal Ready is our program designed specifically for girls preparing for their Year 12 Formal, with training in:

🔺 Posture: working on rounded shoulders and creating a more open, balanced posture
🔺 Camera confidence: natural posing and expressions, and feeling more comfortable in front of the camera
🔺 Walking & poise: practising walking, standing, sitting, and moving with confidence
