The Cluster GM would have to have strata experience in a senior management level and have experience with working with Body Corporates and able to effectively work with the varying body corporates and work with them with upgrades, budgeting, and effectively returning ROI to strata owners and operators.

3.EXECUTIVE CHEF BALI .5 STAR RESORT. $5K TO $5.5K USD NET PM PLUS ACCOMODATION. $5k to $5.5k usd net pm plus accommodation International Resort Group with 5 star resorts around SE Asia is on the looking for a current Executive Chef with a deluxe resort background This is essential. You will be overseeing a staff of 10 and report directly to the COO with a dotted line to the Group GM Sales . This group has properties around Australia NZ and Asia

5. GENERAL MANAGER AUCKLAND NEW ZEALAND. 4.5 STAR. 200 rooms . $130k medical relocation. Very smart very trendy hotel of note and part of a group with Hotels NZ Australia and Asia . This group is snapping up hotels and this one with the refurb looks fantastic. Very QTish in design. One F&B outlet, 6 Conference rooms, Bar Rooms Service. Hotel of Note. For this hotel you MUST be a current GM of a hotel or resort or EAM of a large hotel. This essential.

6. DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE NTH NSW COAST AUSTRALIA. WATER SIDE VIEWS AND A DELUXE AWARD WINNING 4.5 STAR RESORT. $85K PLUS SUPER . Overseeing 3 outlets plus 2 bars + conference and weddings which are busy. Part of an excellent group of note, this resort is superior, stunning with a great outlets.
