WE’RE HIRING | Payroll Officer
Morwell | Casual – Temporary until Christmas
$52.65 per hour
Are you an experienced payroll professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for getting the numbers right?
We’re seeking a Payroll Officer to join a local government organisation on a temporary casual basis until Christmas.
In this role, you’ll help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, maintain payroll records, administer superannuation and deductions, and provide support with payroll enquiries.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, awards, taxation and superannuation.
• Confidence using payroll software and Microsoft Excel, with Chris21 experience highly regarded.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
