Hiring: Client Acquisition Specialist (Remote, Independent Contractor), Immediate Start

BeeA is an Australian-owned offshore professional staffing company. We need someone who can find clients and close them. Not leads on a spreadsheet. Actual paying clients.

You'll be selling offshore staffing services to businesses internationally, reaching out on LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp, getting on video calls, presenting our services, and closing deals. We provide the systems and the tools. You bring the confidence and the ability to sell.

What you'll do:

Research and identify businesses that need offshore staffing (VA, admin, operations)
Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
Get on Google Meet/Zoom calls and present our services professionally
Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals
Close deals and onboard new clients
Track your pipeline and report progress daily
May be assigned to recruitment support as the client base grows

What we need:

Confident and professional on video calls and presentations (non-negotiable)
Experience in sales, lead gen, client acquisition, or business development
Can create and deliver clear, compelling presentations
Strong written and spoken English
Active LinkedIn account
Trustworthy and strong work ethic
Comfortable working with AI tools and automation
Can work 10AM-6PM PHT (AEST hours)
Own laptop, stable internet, quiet workspace
Headphones or earpods
Available to start immediately

Nice to have:

Experience selling services to international businesses
Background in staffing, consulting, or B2B sales
Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or cold outreach
Recruitment background

Compensation:

P40,000/month + commission
100% remote, Monday-Friday
Flexible schedule
HMO / Healthcare allowance
Paid Australian public holidays
December bonus

We're hiring 2 people. Remote, full-time, 8hrs/day.

✅ Client Acquisition Specialist
You'll be doing cold outreach, follow-ups, appointment setting, and calls for our Australian clients. You'll also handle student inquiries and consultations for our education brand. Strong email writing is a must. You need to be able to hold a conversation with business owners and students, and close.

✅ Social Media Specialist
You'll be the face of our brands on social media. Filming yourself, creating and posting content, managing the content calendar, monitoring engagement (DMs, comments, messages), and reporting daily across IG, FB, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You show up on camera every day. That's the job.

Both positions:
• Remote (work from home)
• Mon-Fri, 10AM-6PM
• Full-time, 8 hours
• Must have stable internet and a quiet workspace

We work with Australian businesses across education, health, and staffing. This is not a side gig. Only serious applicants will be considered.
