WOW – Its our 20th Birthday! Two decades in Business
This month, we are extremely proud to announce that we have reached two decades in business here at Accurate Recruitment Pty Ltd! From a small serviced office, to a small stand alone office, to the present office we currently enjoy, we have grown, adapted and thrived.
Firstly, I would like to thank our loyal clients who have joined our journey in business over the years. Some, for just a short time as the need arises, and others much longer. I can still remember our very first order, from Fibre King, discussing the role with the then workshop manager Des Crabb, and I am proud to say they are still a client today.
Also, our internal staff both past and present that have stood by us in the good and the not so good times, as we weather the whims of the marketplace. We have life long friends from both past and present staff and in an industry which has a high turnover, we managed to keep them well beyond the normal expectations.
Finally, our valued field employees, without whom we would not have a business. The characters we have had come through our office, will truly keep us in stories for the rest of our lives. They are the salt of this business and deserve all our appreciation.
About us
Accurate Recruitment was founded in 2003 by its two current Directors Lindley and Lisa Watson who came from a Trade/Recruitment and Legal background respectively. Between them, they became the formidable foundation of the present company as we know it today, which is both Australian owned and operated. All of their children have either worked in, for, or on the business in some capacity over the years and it has given them a great foundation in life.
As the business grew additional staff were brought on board with varied skills and backgrounds that both helped to grow the business and keep the personal business ethics that Accurate had become known for. We operate as a team, sharing space, operating remotely, but always respectfully and harmoniously and have formed genuine friendships that have stood the test of time.
Accurate has always taken pride in handling the smallest of job orders the same way it tackles the largest ones as often these small clients have grown to become our most loyal and regular clients, in essence, our bread and butter. We provide a cost-effective recruitment solution for our clients, helping them to hire highly skilled temporary and permanent staff in both skilled and semi-skilled professions, quickly and with minimal disruption to productivity.
Our field staff are also critical to our success, and we endeavor to always treat them with the respect we ourselves like to have and to deal with any queries or issues as quickly and efficiently as time will allow, as happy workers are the backbone of who we are.
