As one of the first people clients speak with when seeking mental health support, you’ll provide a warm welcome, understand their needs and help connect them with an appropriate clinician.

This varied role combines client intake calls, reception, appointment management and general administration within a progressive psychology and counselling practice. It would particularly suit someone completing an Honours or Master’s degree in psychology, although psychology studies are not essential. Applicants with strong customer service, reception, administration or mental health experience are encouraged to apply.

The position is available three or four days per week between Monday and Thursday, with regular evening availability essential for shifts finishing at either 7.15 pm or 8.00 pm. Mind Up offers a collaborative team environment, valuable experience in mental health and an award-based hourly rate with applicable evening shift penalties.
