Oryx People is a boutique recruitment agency owned and operated by the de Jager Group, servicing the middle to senior management level in specialised functional areas across the Automotive industry. Oryx People was established in 2005 as a complementary business to the retained executive search services of parent company, de JAGER Executive Search. We focus primarily on middle to senior management

roles, in addition to specialist non-management roles.
