We are a specialised recruitment firm who focus on sourcing, supporting and placing the best HR talent in the Sydney market in permanent, contract and temporary roles. We work with ‘employer of choice’ organisations who seek a personal, consultative and results orientated HR recruitment partner. MJD HR was developed to support a growing network of clients and candidates that were seeking a more personal, consultative, results orientated and committed business relationship with a HR recruitment partner. These standards were proven to be successful for our Director in his executive support business, MJD Executive, with many of our clients and candidates channelling through this network as referrals. Our philosophy is to take equal pride in the relationships we have with our clients and candidates. We find that by doing this we gain great respect, develop stronger long term relationships and unmeasurable levels of trust – ending in better results for the organisation and the individuals career. We treat each recruitment assignment as a part of the on boarding process for that particular role, representing both stakeholders with care and great attention, just as it should be.
