Im closing the academy.
Im grateful for all those who have reached dreams and goals on my many years of transformations and presentations.

I feel so privileged to have been part of many journeys to success and the fullfillment of personal goals

This time next year my plan is to b in thailand.
Putting my plan forward now so others can make their plan.
My first trip will b
4th November to 19th November
The trip will entail
Walking... weights.. mauh thai..
Some luxury like....
Massage... body.... legs..feet
plenty of good food
Movies...and more.
Its basically a physical awarement excursion.
I want to show you how to enjoy a holiday my way...lol
I will organise and give a price at a later date......im not sure how many hands up will happen but im hoping 10.
Im also hoping giving this amount of time will allow those that want some fun change and differance in their life to get organised with a holiday plan for work and money.
I will organise flights .accommodation .insurance and our get fit format....
It will be to everybodys differant fitness and fun level.....
Venture to phi phi island
Phuket zoo and more....
I cant wait. .....
All you hav to do is confirm your interest and ill take it from there

CCABODY had another amazing day at the Central Coast Titles at Impact Centre Erina.
Models..5 on ..4 trophies
BBuilders..7 on..5 trophies
First thanku to promoter Mick Moss

Third thanku to our amazing team of competitors. You guys and girls are busy thanking us right now well C.C.A.BODY needs to thank you for making us look good .
Its on your performance that we are judged.

Team have the Australian Titles on october 10/11 at the Marconi Club Bossley Park

For me i have immensely enjoyed this season i thank Dax on his nutrition work with our bodybuilders and his amazing support for these guys....
Our unison work on posing and comp prep day is an oiled machine.
I hope my models are happy with the combined effort from myself and Jamie.

Her old mum achieved her 10th at 56yrs of age....im not finished hav to try to covince her to do it again with me......wen 60 ....2 more years
