We meet with Job Seekers face-to-face so we can take the time to get to know them and learn more about their personality, values, skills, and career aspirations. We also meet face-to-face with Employers to build an intimate understanding of our client’s approach to hiring and business in general, we are then able to find job seekers who will flourish in their company and not just ‘do the job’.
2. THE SEARCH
Job Seekers are gathered from extensive searches with the most suitable candidates handed over to the Employer. Unlike industry norms, we make sure that only the most carefully chosen job seekers are presented, greatly increasing the likelihood of compatibility.

4. THE FOLLOW-UP
Job Seekers remain in regular contact with Ivory Group staff to ensure their journey, no matter how long or short, is a happy one. Employers are contacted and assessed in a similar fashion. An ongoing partnership then ensures that the match is seamless in the long term.
