Update | AGM 2025
Its official, the AIC NSW, AGM was held on Tuesday 9 th October 2025.
After the President, CEO and Treasurerâs Report were made it came time for the results of the Board election.
4 members (Ann Blannin- Ferguson, Lauren Leathwood, Jennie Tonner; David Winning) retired at the AGM. Ann Blannin-Ferguson in accordance with the Constitution was not eligible to nominate for a further term.
With 9 valid nominations (thank you to all the members who had nominated) for the 4-vacant positions, at the close of the electronic poll the following candidates were elected to those positions:
- Judy Bliss
- Lauren Leathwood
- Jennie Tonner
- David Winning
Congratulation to Judy Bliss on her election to the Board and to Lauren, Jennie and David on their re- election.
A special acknowledgement and thanks to Ann Blannin-Ferguson with her commitment to the objectives of AIC NSW and the extensive work over 10 years on her advocacy, stakeholder engagement and leadership during her tenure as President.
The President, on behalf of AICNSW extended thanks to all who have contributed to the 2024/2025 Board for their work during the last 12 months.
After the AGM a meeting was held of the new Board and the following officers were elected:
- President Jennie Tonner
- Vice President Kimberley Winton
- Treasurer Lauren Leathwood
