Project Rewind ⏪

Glenrowan Solar Farm, Victoria.

A 130MW build that called for the right people, and plenty of them. We mobilised over 110 tradespeople, labourers and operators to get it done.

But it wasn’t all work. We settled our crew into the local community, and even joined the local footy comp, because being part of the towns we work in matters to us.

Now complete, Glenrowan powers around 55,000 homes.

Oakey. Bluegrass. Tailem Bend. West Wyalong. Wollar. Wellington. Aldoga. Lancaster. Munna Creek. Wandoan.

Just a few of the places our candidates have worked over the last few years.

Thanks to every worker who has taken a shift with us, and every client who has trusted us to fill one!

Ten years. Countless placements.

A look back at some of our Employees of the Month over the years, just a few of the many brilliant workers who’ve been part of the TradeConnex story.

To everyone who has ever worked with us, thank you. The people make the place, we wouldn't be here without you.

Here’s to the next ten!

A great day on the greens ⛳

We were proud to sponsor the OZBACS Golf Day, in aid of the Irish Support Agency.

All proceeds go directly to the ISA, who have been supporting the Irish community in Australia since 1995.
A brilliant organisation doing important work, and a great chance to catch up with others across the industry

Thanks to OZBACS for having us!

Project Rewind ⏪

West Wyalong Solar Farm, regional NSW, 2022 to 2023.

We supported the full construction phase, from site prep to electrical install, mobilising 80+ workers across piling and plant operators, module installers, electricians, HC drivers, labourers, TAs, site admin and HSE.
We also sorted transport and accommodation to keep the crew close to site.

Today it powers around 39,600 homes!

October is National Safe Work Month 👷

This year's theme is Safe work is for life.

Safety isn't just about avoiding an incident today, it's about protecting our people's health and future long after the job is done.

That includes psychological safety, not just physical. Workload pressure, fatigue and stress affect a lot of people too, and they aren't always easy to spot.
It comes down to knowing the signs, checking in when someone seems off, and making it okay to speak up.

From onboarding to regular site check ins, keeping our workers safe is something we take seriously every single day.

It's almost that time again!

All Energy is nearly here. Here's a little throwback to last year's expo.

We'll be back on the expo floor this year at stall HH150.
Swing by for a chat, meet the team, and see what we've got going on.

See you all there 👋
